To create an account on ISOKIT, follow these steps.

• First access ISOKit via browser at isokit.co or download the ISOKit app on the app store or play store
• Click on Register on the homepage to begin the registration process.
• Determine the type of account you need.
  
  • Student Account:

    This account is for students that have been enrolled in a school

  • Guest Account:

    This account is for prospective students who are yet to be enrolled

  • DSO Account:

    This account is for DSO's at various institutions, further verification will be required to activate this account

• After determing the account that fits you, Procceed to the registration page page and provide all required information

To reset your password, follow these steps.

• At the login page, Click on Forgot Password?.
• On this page, Provide the email you used to register the account
• ISOKIT will send a verification code to your email, provide the code when prompted.
• After successfully verifying your email, you will be redirected to set a new password.
• With the password strenght checker, Isokit will guide you set a strong and memorable password

To update your account details, follow these steps.

• At the home page, Click on the Update button opposite to your profile picture
• You will be redirected to the account details page. Navigate to the section you want edit and update your information.

Isokit is a resource hub, accessing resources is very essentials, follow the steps below to locate all resources

• Once you log in, you will be prompted with a dialogue, among the list items. There are

  • Navigate the resources to access all content.
• On the main page, all resources are clearly organised to allow easily accessible

• Guidance on maintaining your student status, including visa extensions, transfers, and compliance with regulations.
• Notifications about academic deadlines, course registration periods, and graduation requirements.

The Designated School Official (DSO) at your school might regularly send out announcements. To stay updated

• The notification preference from Dso's are by default enabled. Therefore you will receive an email notification everytime an announcement is sent out.
• To receive these notifications, ensure you register with an email address you regularly check.

MarketPlace in Isokit is a lightweight platform designed for seamless exchange, and sharing of books and housing information. Here is it works

• Assuming you bought a text book or E-book for a subject you took for a semester, You might want to sell or give out this book to another student that needs it. Thats where MarketPlace comes in. You can list you books in miniutes and get a buyer in minutes. All on campus.
• You might also want to buy a book for a class, You might want to checkout the MarketPlace for a copy that another student has listed for a cheap price.
• Housing is an important aspect of the student journey. Marketplace offers an easy way for students to share housing information to benefit the student community

To list a book at the Market Place , You will need the following information

• First, ensure that you only sell books you purchased or own, student buyers may request for a receipt or proof of ownership of the book.
• The following information is required to list a book.
  1. Name of Book e.g Introduction to Computer Science
  2. Subject/Category
  3. Book description e.g physical appearance, edition, damages etc
  4. Price (if any)
  5. Book image A pcture of the book

Isokit does not fascilitate any online payment. To ensure secure transactions, do the following

• Transact on campus and in-person
• You may request proof of ownership from the student seller.
• Only pay for items you have received

When you encounter any issue while using Isokit. Do the folowing

• If the issue prevents you from using the Isokit app, contact the support team at support@isokit.co
• If you are able to sign in and use ISOKit, scroll down to the review section and describe the problem at the review section
• Isokit will immediately see to the issue and assist you as early as possible
